Manalapan is home base for Lights Up NJ, and Chris Colosi and his crew know this Monmouth County township down to the cul de sac. Between the big colonial homes off Route 9, the horse farms tucked along Gordons Corner Road, and the tree lined developments near Monmouth Battlefield State Park, Manalapan properties come in every shape and size, and each one calls for a different lighting plan. Winters here swing hard, one week a mild fifty degrees and the next an icy nor easter rolling off the coast, so the team designs every install to hold up through freezing rain, wind gusts, and the deep cold snaps that hit central New Jersey between Thanksgiving and New Year. Homeowners across Manalapan trust Lights Up NJ for a full spectrum look that goes up clean, stays put through the roughest winter weather, and comes down without leaving a mark on the property.
