Good design work matters most in the weeks leading up to Thanksgiving through early December, when Manalapan homeowners and local businesses want their property ready before guests, neighbors and holiday shoppers start noticing decorated streets. A thoughtful lighting design also becomes necessary anytime a property has changed, such as new landscaping, a fresh roofline, an addition or a business storefront that wants a design refresh from last season. Families planning a party, businesses wanting curb appeal during the shopping season and homeowners entering a neighborhood lighting contest all benefit from a dedicated design pass before installation day, since a plan built in advance means the crew can install quickly and safely without last minute changes.
